a little about me
I offer holistic healing that embraces the mind-body connection as one unified whole. My goal is to support and guide you on your journey, providing a safe and nurturing space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered through a combination of hypnosis, breathing practices, and gratitude exercises.
As a new mom, I am deeply passionate about supporting those nurturing the next generation. Parenting is challenging, and many of our responses to others (and to ourselves) come from our own deep seated childhood experiences. My mission is to help women become intentional and mindful in their journey, and sometimes to gently guide them in reparenting themselves along the way, no matter what stage of life they are in.
I am here to listen deeply and honor you with the utmost respect by being present with you in our sessions. No matter where you are on your journey, I promise to meet you there and celebrate every step forward together. I feel called to help alleviate stress and support those in need, which is why my session fee is much lower than that of the typical hypnotherapist. Additionally, if cost is a limiting factor, I would still love to work with you and find a fee that is manageable for you.
As a dedicated yogi and certified yoga instructor, I believe meaningful, intentional change is most powerful when it comes from connecting mind and body. When your body feels good, your mind naturally follows. Hypnosis allows you to drop in to your body to quiet the mind.
I am proud to be a member of the American Hypnosis Association and a graduate of HMI, America’s only accredited college of Hypnotherapy. This training equips me to guide others gently and effectively on their path to personal growth and success.
